Heather was phenomenal support. I laughed, I cried, I questioned myself-and the people in my life. She really provided clear feedback about what I was too mired in to see for myself. She was great at reflecting what she heard me say and what she understood my situations to be. This often helped me to clarify where I was and what I needed to decide on for my relationships.  Heather helped remind me where I had been and how far I had come in my process. There were a few occasions where Heather pointed out to me how much I was achieving and how inspired she is by my actions. This helped me to recognize my own achievements for what they were and to quit underplaying them.
