Who are my clients?
My ideal clients are motivated and passionate about creating a more enjoyable life. Coaching clients can range from a first-time mom navigating her new role-to an “empty nester” wanting to find herself after dedicating years to her children. Coaching will benefit any woman who chooses to take pause from busy schedules of breast feeding, potty training, chauffeuring, house maintenance, sick kids, teenage drama, work deadlines, sleepless nights, and marital stress to remember to take care of themselves. I want to support women who will not let the busy demands of life consume them any longer. Moms with mojo make it a priority to not just survive their day to day-but to embrace life to the fullest!
